  • 1/2 Bath or Laundry Area                 $10,000 - $12,000 remodel                         $1500 fee
  • Full Bathroom or Kitchen                 up to $20,000 remodel                                 $2400 fee
  • Full Bathroom or Kitchen                 $20,000 - $30,000 remodel                          $3000 fee
